How it works

From first enquiry to written agreement.

A clear, four-part process — nothing happens without you understanding what's next.

01

Initial call — €30

A short call to hear what's going on and confirm mediation is worth pursuing, before you commit to anything further. Booked and paid online.

02

Screening — €100

A private, more in-depth session per client to properly assess your case, confirm suitability, and match you to the right mediator.

03

Mediation sessions

Structured sessions, online or in person, billed hourly (or daily for corporate cases). Most family and will disputes resolve in three to five hours.

04

Written agreement

A clear Memorandum of Understanding you can bring to your own solicitor to review and formalise — confidential throughout, as protected under the Mediation Act 2017.

Pricing

Straightforward, published pricing.

No hidden fees. Every case begins with a €30 initial call and a €100 screening — and online sessions are 25% cheaper than in person.

Frequently asked

Before you get in touch.

Is mediation legally binding?

The mediation process itself is confidential and voluntary. Once you reach agreement, we set it out in a written Memorandum of Understanding, which your own solicitor can then convert into a legally binding document where appropriate.

Do I still need a solicitor?

Yes — mediation works alongside legal advice, not instead of it. We help you and the other party reach agreement; your solicitors then review and formalise it.

What if the other party won't take part?

Mediation only works if both sides agree to participate. On your initial call, we'll talk through how to approach inviting the other party, and what your options are if they decline.

How confidential is this?

Fully. Mediation communications are protected under the Mediation Act 2017 and cannot generally be used as evidence in later court proceedings. Nothing said in your initial call or screening is shared with the other party without your consent.

I'm a solicitor or HR professional — can I refer a client?

Yes, gladly. Use the enquiry form and note that you're referring on a client's behalf, or get in touch directly to discuss becoming a referral partner.
